Yoga Nidra is done laying down (Savasana) and powerfully combines breathing, sensory training and control, and meditation. This progression naturally leads is into conscious deep relaxation, the experience of meditative awareness and experiencing our true self.
This class includes 15 minutes of Restorative yoga and 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra.
